Ok so from this day onward I am going to be doing some form of physical training, I am now refering to the time period between Jan 24th 2011 and April 17 2011 as beast mode work out time.  The reason behind this, I am planning on participating in the Metrodash this year.  For those of you that follow this page of epicness that don’t know what that is here is a link.  http://www.metrodash.com/ 
This is something that I feel will help spur me on to do great and wondeful things with my life.  Hopefully getting in the kind of shape I want to for this will wake up any number of latent abilities in me such as Earth bending, my x factor, clue me into something and remind my stupid brain that I am a sleep super skrul sent to earth, or possibly awaken my Goku like powers.

Ok so moving shit sucks.  I am tired of packing boxes to load into my car to drive 15 min to unload boxes it sucks.

Ok so first off I am going to explain the NWK brand to those who are not already privileged enough to know where when and why I am called this the greatest of all names I have been given.  
 
Many years ago it seems now a friend of mine whom I shall not name was dating a fellow Nick, as there are many of us this was bound to happen, and some of my friends started to get confused by the constant usage of the name.  So there is still a debate and I am not going to take sides because I simply don’t care but one of my friends in this crowd decided it was time to differentiate between the Nicks, I being the Nick that they knew was hence forth known as The Nick We Know, and the other lesser Nick was the Nick we didn’t know.  As with most things and trivial relationships the other Nick faded from that individuals life but I have held true to my name and will be known as the Nick We Know by all one day.
